Membership Requirements
Membership in Sigma Epsilon shall be limited to adult Cross Dressers only and their spouses or significant others. An important
part of Sigma Epsilon's mission is to provide support to these spouses and significant others, many of whom struggle with the
cross dressing of their partner and its near and long-term impact on their relationship. Experience has shown that Sigma Epsilon
cannot be all things to all people and therefore, Sigma Epsilon does not have the ability to provide counseling, nor the support,
to meet the needs of transgender persons who are on a path to full transition while still providing adequate support to these
spouses and significant others.
Membership Costs
- Sigma Epsilons annual membership dues are
$34. This annual fee is used to cover costs of our outreach program
and the printing and mailing of our monthly newsletter, The Southern Belle.
- In addition to the annual membership dues,
there is a $15 meeting fee for those who attend our monthly meeting. This
helps to defray the cost of our hospitality meeting suite and refreshments.
There is no charge for spouses or S.O.'s who attend our meetings.
- Members of Sigma Epsilon are required to
also become a member of Tri-Ess, our national organization of which Sigma
Epsilon is a chapter. Tri-Ess annual dues are $42. Upon becoming a
member of Tri-Ess, you also will receive the quarterly magazine, The Mirror.
When you become a member of Sigma Epsilon, your spouse or S.O.
becomes an automatic member of Sigma Epsilon at no additional charge.
- Your spouse or S.O. may also become a
member of Tri-Ess for a fee of $15 annually and will receive a special
quarterly newsletter just for spouses and S.O.s called the Sweetheart
Connection. Sigma Epsilon does not require spouses or S.O.'s of our
members to join Tri-Ess. Spouse or S.O. membership in Tri-Ess is
